Job Description
Job Title: Packing Supervisor
Department: Packing/Shipping/Warehouse
Key Responsibilities:
• Packing Operations:
• Pack gemstone jewelry and handicraft products securely and in accordance with company packing standards.
• Ensure that all items are handled with care to prevent damage during storage or transit.
• Team Support:
• Assist other packing team members as needed to ensure timely completion of daily packing tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any packing-related concerns.
• Quality Assurance:
• Inspect packed items to ensure they meet quality standards and are properly sealed.
• Report any errors or damages to the Packing Supervisor or Team Lead.
• Inventory & Supplies:
• Monitor packing materials and ensure an adequate supply of boxes, wraps, and other necessary supplies.
• Notify the supervisor if stock levels are low to avoid delays.
• Adherence to Processes:
• Follow established packing procedures and safety guidelines to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized packing workspace.
• Coordination:
• Work closely with team members and the packing supervisor to align schedules and meet shipping deadlines.
• Ensure smooth handover of packed goods to logistics departments for delivery.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
