As a part of the Admin Team, you will have a chance to perform overall general o ce duties with minimum supervision.This is a full-time role and only male candidates are requiredWhat Would This Role Entail? Schedule and coordinate employees travel & accommodations.
Ensure knowledge of staI movements in and out of the organization.
Vendor Management.
Track and place orders for o ce supplies, and deliver them to the respective departments.
Other general administration duties as and when required.
Ensure providing required documents to the 1nance department from the admin department related to vendors.
Handling employee queries related to Admin.Necessary Skills: Willingness to travel and work long hours
Should have experience in Vendor Management and travel arrangements.
Should have at least 2 years of experience into Admin.
Proficiency in English and Hindi Language is preferred.Good to Have Skills: Good understanding of organizing, planning, and administration skills.
Willing to work Rexibly and build strong relationships with employees.
