As a part of the Admin Team, you will have a chance to perform overall general o ce duties with minimum supervision. This is a full-time role and only male candidates are required What Would This Role Entail? \xe2\x97\x8f Schedule and coordinate employee\xe2\x80\x99s travel & accommodations.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure knowledge of staI movements in and out of the organization.
\xe2\x97\x8f Vendor Management.
\xe2\x97\x8f Track and place orders for o ce supplies, and deliver them to the respective departments.
\xe2\x97\x8f Other general administration duties as and when required.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure providing required documents to the 1nance department from the admin department related to vendors.
\xe2\x97\x8f Handling employee queries related to Admin. Necessary Skills: \xe2\x97\x8f Willingness to travel and work long hours
\xe2\x97\x8f Should have experience in Vendor Management and travel arrangements.
\xe2\x97\x8f Should have at least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 of experience into Admin.
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in English and Hindi Language is preferred. Good to Have Skills: \xe2\x97\x8f Good understanding of organizing, planning, and administration skills.
