Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Hostel Warden (Boys) at our Nadia DDU-GKY center. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about student welfare and management.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Oversee the daily operations of the hostel.
• Ensure the safety and security of all residents.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by students.
• Enforce hostel rules and regulations.
• Maintain records of attendance, discipline, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with other staff and departments as necessary.

Requirements :-

• Minimum 2 years of experience as warden/rector or in related areas.
• Experience in handling emotional, psychological issues of students.
• Good administrative & operational skills.
• Ability to operate a computer.
• Need to be strict with the Students.
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and maintain composure under pressure
• Availability to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours.

Education Qualification- HS Pass

Timings:- 7:00 pm to 9:00 am

The role of Hostel Warden often requires flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends. It may involve being on-call to address emergencies or resident issues outside of scheduled shifts. The environment can be dynamic and requires the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
