We are seeking dedicated and responsible

Male & Female Wardens

with excellent communication skills to join our residential school. The ideal candidates should have prior experience managing students in a boarding school environment and be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily activities and well-being of students in the hostel. Ensure discipline, safety, and a positive learning environment for students. Address students' concerns, provide guidance, and act as a mentor. Coordinate with school authorities, teachers, and parents regarding students' progress and behavior. Maintain hostel rules and regulations while ensuring students' comfort. Handle emergencies and resolve conflicts effectively. Organize and supervise recreational activities for students.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years

of experience as a Warden in a

residential school

. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to manage students with patience, discipline, and care. Willing to reside in the school campus and be available for students at all times. Immediate joiners preferred.
