5 Male Counsellors

to join our team. In this critical role, you will offer empathetic support, professional counselling, and crisis intervention to help guide patients toward mental well-being. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you will design and implement personalized care plans that make a real difference in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Assessment & Diagnosis

Conduct psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental, emotional, and social well-being. Diagnose psychiatric disorders in collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.

Therapeutic Interventions & Counseling

Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Use evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Crisis Intervention. Assist patients in coping with stress, trauma, substance abuse, and chronic mental illnesses.

Case Management & Coordination

Develop discharge plans and connect patients to community resources. Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care. Advocate for patients' rights, ensuring they receive proper mental health support and benefits.

Crisis Intervention & Suicide Prevention

Provide emergency mental health services for individuals experiencing acute psychiatric distress. Conduct risk assessments for suicidal ideation and self-harm tendencies. Implement de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

Community Outreach & Awareness

Conduct mental health awareness programs in schools, workplaces, and communities. Work with government agencies and NGOs to implement mental health policies. Engage in rehabilitation and reintegration programs for individuals with severe psychiatric conditions.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate records of patient progress and therapy sessions. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines in psychiatric social work. Prepare reports for courts, welfare agencies, and multidisciplinary team meetings when required.

Male Counsellor

Qualification:

Master's in Social Work (Medical & Psychiatry)

Experience:

Minimum 1 year (Freshers are also welcome to apply)
