Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the Malayalam-speaking market to promote our products/services and secure sales.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, lead generation, and proactive follow-ups.
Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
Identify and address customer objections and concerns, providing information and solutions to overcome them.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate effectively with the sales team to share feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to effectively position our offerings.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Malayalam is essential. Proficiency in English or other languages is a plus.
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales quotas.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
