Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Answer incoming calls from customers
• Provide product and service information
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer information
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills
• Persuasive skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM software usage.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
• Previous telecalling experience is a plus
