Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and Qualified Teacher to join our school in the position of a Malayalam Facilitator . The desired candidate should be a Graduate/Post Graduate in the respective field, who is hard working and enthusiastic .The applicant should be a motivated and result oriented individual with a keen interest to encourage and inspire students to excel in Malayalam.He/she should have a passion for the Language and work towards promoting creativity in Malayalam.

Responsibilities and Duties

Proven successful teaching experience with the ability to relate to and inspire children;

• Willingness and ability to include Malayalam songs, rhymes, poems and drama within lessons;
• Excellent interpersonal skills - self confidence, listening and communication skills, empathy and authority;
• Ability to teach in differentiated ways to meet the needs of all pupils
• Ability to present the subject creatively
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to cope with pressure
• Self-motivated and responsible;
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently;
• Flexibility and positivity in attitude to work, with the sense of humour that is essential to the role.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Qualification: Must have a Bachelors degree or Masters Degree in Malayalam with B'ed

Experience : 1 - 3 years experience
