We are looking for dynamic individuals with exceptional communication skills and proficiency in English and Malayalam to join our client\'s Inbound Customer Service team. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer queries and requests pertaining to our services.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by comprehending and fulfilling customer requirements.
- Operate during rotational day shifts (8 am to 9 pm), accumulating a total of 9 hours each day.
- Adhere to a 6-day working schedule with rotating weekly offs.
- Accommodation and meals will be covered for outstation candidates during the initial 15 days.
- Alternatively, a joining bonus of 5000 INR will be incorporated into the first month\'s salary.
- Graduates from any field are encouraged to apply.
- Age criteria: 18 - 29 years.
