Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Makeup Trainer to join our team at Lakme Academy. As a Makeup Trainer, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive training and guidance to our students, equipping them with the skills and expertise needed to succeed in the competitive beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality training programs focused on makeup techniques, skincare treatments, and beauty industry trends.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on sessions to teach students various makeup application methods, skincare routines, and product knowledge.
• Customize training modules to cater to the diverse learning needs and skill levels of students.
• Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and mentorship to students to help them improve their skills and achieve their career goals.
• Stay updated on the latest makeup and skincare trends, techniques, and products to ensure the training curriculum remains relevant and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the academic team to develop new courses, workshops, and training materials that meet industry standards and address emerging trends.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and professional growth among students.
• Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, workshops, and seminars to promote Lakme Academy and enhance its reputation in the beauty community.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working as a Makeup Trainer with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in makeup application and skincare treatments.
• Certification or diploma in Makeup Artistry, Cosmetology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and techniques to students of varying skill levels.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring makeup artists professionals.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and techniques in makeup and skincare.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in teaching or training is preferred.
