Job Description

1-Designing and delivering training programs: The trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that cover the fundamentals of makeup application, skincare, and beauty treatments.

2-Developing training materials: The trainer must develop training materials such as manuals, handouts, and presentations to support the training programs.

3-Conducting training sessions: The trainer is responsible for conducting training sessions, either in-person or online, to teach individuals how to apply makeup correctly and perform beauty treatments effectively.

4-Demonstrating makeup application techniques: The trainer must demonstrate various makeup application techniques, such as contouring, highlighting, and eye makeup, to help individuals understand how to apply makeup effectively.

5-Educating individuals on skincare: The trainer must educate individuals on skincare basics, such as skin types, cleansing, and moisturizing, to help them develop a routine that promotes healthy skin.

6-Teaching beauty treatments: The trainer must teach individuals various beauty treatments, such as facials, waxing, and threading, to help them become proficient in performing these services.

7-Evaluating trainee performance: The trainer must assess the trainee's performance during the training program to determine if they have gained the necessary skills to apply makeup correctly and perform beauty treatments effectively.

8-Providing feedback: The trainer must provide feedback to trainees on their performance, highlighting areas of strength and areas that require improvement.

9-Monitoring progress: The trainer must monitor the trainee's progress and provide additional support or training where necessary.

Skills Required:

The candidate should have aptitude for conducting training, pre /post work to ensure competent, employable candidates at the end of training. Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work as team; diligent and is passionate for maintaining the quality in content and training delivery methodology. Candidate should have basic understanding of English language; however, this should not be a restrictive criterion as long as the candidate is willing and open to learn. He/she must be able to speak, read and write in the local language

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
