Lakme Academy Bettiah is seeking a skilled and passionate Makeup Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess professional expertise in makeup application, a flair for teaching, and a commitment to helping students succeed. As a Makeup Trainer, you'll guide students through the fundamentals and advanced techniques of makeup artistry, fostering their skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct practical and theoretical makeup classes for basic and advanced courses.
• Develop curriculum-aligned lesson plans that adhere to Lakme Academy standards.
• Demonstrate and teach makeup techniques, including bridal, editorial, and special effects makeup.
• Supervise and mentor students during practical sessions, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Provide feedback to students to enhance their learning and skill development.
• Assist with student progress assessments and maintain records.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and integrate them into training sessions.

Requirements:

• Certification or diploma in Makeup Artistry from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex techniques clearly.
• Patient, approachable, and passionate about student development.
