Job Summary: As a Beauty Academy Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and visitors, guiding them through the enrollment process and providing information about our programs. Your role will involve counseling and inspiring individuals to join the academy, ensuring they understand the benefits of our offerings and how we can help them achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospective Student Counseling: Engage with potential students and visitors, providing detailed information about the academy's programs, courses, and career opportunities in the beauty industry.
• Admissions Support: Assist prospective students in the application and enrollment process, ensuring they have all necessary documentation and understand the requirements.
• Program Promotion: Conduct presentations, tours, and information sessions to showcase the academy's facilities, faculty, and unique learning experiences.
• Individual Guidance: Offer personalized counseling sessions to understand the interests and aspirations of prospective students, helping them choose the best program for their goals.
• Follow-Up: Maintain communication with potential students through email, phone, and in-person meetings to address questions and encourage enrollment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and admissions teams to develop strategies for attracting new students and enhancing outreach efforts.
• Community Engagement: Represent the academy at local events, fairs, and workshops to promote the institution and connect with prospective students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in academic counseling or admissions, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of career paths within it.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
