Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
• Welcome clients and make them comfortable in salon.
• Job Card co ordination with co staff
• Counselling and suggesting services from service menu card
• ZERO waiting in all our Services
• To ask for water, tea and coffee from the walk in within 1 minutes of their arrival.
• Keep up with the demand of clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• To greet the client and escort them to their respective service area.
• Increase Membership and Package Sale
• To check the comfort of the client while they are taking their services
• Desk Maintenance
• To mantain appointmant book and Handover appointment slip to the staff
• To call Client 10 minutes before each appointments for confirmation
• To call clients to wish them on their Birthday and Anniversary .
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene, cleanliness within the salon.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Fixed shift
• Morning shift
