Role & Responsibility:

Documentation: Preparation of Preventive Maintenance (PM) Checklist for Maintenance Engineers / Technicians, PM Procedures, Maintenance effectiveness checklists, Daily Clean-Lubricate-Retighten-Inspect (CLRI) checklists for Operators ...Upgrade documentation to reflect inputs from Breakdown Why-Why analysis, PM feedback, Kaizens.

Training: Identification of knowledge / skill gap of Technicians / Operators with respect to / Deliverables.

Repairs & Maintenance Cost Improvement: Repairs & Maintenance Cost Control & progressive reduction - thru planned maintenance activities, kaizens, delivering results equal or better than plan.

Safety:

Comply with all Safety norms as per the statutory requirements

Ensure Zero Incidents / Zero Man-day loss by Periodic Safety Audits & Identification unsafe conditions for each machine / work area, action plan preparation / implementation.

• UPS, DG set, Air Compressor, Transformer HT/LT, Grounding & lighting system
• responsible for preventive & shut down maintenance
• Utilities: Power substation and distribution system, Factory Lighting, Water distribution system, RO / DM water plants, CTP, Generator, Transformers, Breaker Panels & Distribution Panels / Switchgears.

Required Candidate profile

• Must be 3-6 Yrs Experience
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical
• willing to work in shifts
• Hands on experience in plant Electrical maintenance
