Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
1. Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
2. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
3. Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians
4. Supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
5. Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
6. Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
7. Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
8. Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
9. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?17,000.00 per month
