Qualifications:

• Education : High school diploma, ITI or equivalent required. Technical certifications in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems are preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Technical Skills : Strong working knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.), equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Problem-Solving Ability : Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to assess complex issues and find practical solutions quickly.
• Safety Knowledge : Familiarity with safety regulations, and a commitment to creating a safe work environment.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and other departments.
• Computer Skills : Proficiency with maintenance management software (CMMS) and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
