Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES OF MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR.
01. To ensure preventive maintenance schedules of machinery are carried out as per schedules.
02. To do the inspection of machinery against their complaint in the form of memo from different departments.
03.To ensure safety of work at shop floor.
04.To ensure that workmen are using proper hand & machine tools.
05.Ensure proper usage of PPE in the department.
06.Plan for overtime when required in consultation with Maintenance Engineer.
07.Prepare overtime sheets, maintain inward items / spares register.
08.Inform for making purchase requisition for machine spares & other consumables.
09.Manage proper storage of machine spares & other consumables.
10.Passing of delivery challans as per received quantity.
11.Maintain IMS requirement within the department.
12.Identify and maintain Activities / Sub activities for Input / Output, Aspect / Impact and HIRA study.
13.Monitor & maintain hazardous waste & non-hazardous waste.
14.Conduct department wise PPE audit.
15.Assist H.O.D. for compilation and monitoring the activities.
16.Conduct the internal process reviews and update the records.
17.Assist to Assistant manager/Maintenance Engg. & reporting them related to departmental work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?276,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per month
