Key Accountabilities:

• Planning preventive /Predictive maintenance plan / work schedule of department.
• Determine and list out spares and maintain inventory for critical equipment.
• Knowledge about Rotary equipment\xe2\x80\x99s / Static equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Knowledge about the Job safety analysis for critical jobs before execution.
• Knowledge to maintain the documents according to ISO 9001 / FSSC 22000/ ISO 14001/ ISO 45001.
• Attending daily review meeting with his executives/ technicians.
• Planning for job work from contractors and vendors.
• Recommending standardization of inventory for easy procurement and replacement
• Inward goods inspection.
• Evaluation of machine performance and recommend actions
• Identifying critical machines and prepare plan to monitor performance for 100% effectiveness.
• To brainstorm with colleagues for identifying the reasons for repetitive failure and suggest improvements.
• To ensure availability of the spares as per inventory levels.
• To ensure the maintenance jobs are undertaken in line with work permit system
• Informing of any changes made in process lines for effective food safety management system, to food safety team leader e.g. new installations modification of line, To coordinate with safety officer to make and follow a check/test schedule for all safety appliances, being used for maintenance work like safety belt, acid apron, fire system etc.
• Stop & Initiate maintenance actions for quality problems related to Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
• To modify the Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s to suit the internal customer without compromising the quality of product.
• Recommend & technical approval for procurement of spares.
• Authorized to draw material from stores.
• Approval of incoming spares and consumable items.
• To approve the work permit.

Functional competencies

• Sound Knowledge of Process plant Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s maintenance.
• Knowledge of Safety procedures.
• Understand and read mechanical drawings.
• Having Idea about maintenance excellence

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: B. Tech - Mechanical

Experience: 8 - 10 years

• Ability to multi-task and priorities effectively.
