• Supervise/oversee operations conducted within the department to ensure quality and service
• Moving furniture around within the building to other locations
• Helps maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level
• Financial responsibilities include review and verification of billable work
• Produce and analyse end-of-month reports and billings
• Preparation of ISO Documentation procedures, manuals, standards, and specifications.
• Maintain spear part management with a list of critical spears and its specification
• Knowledge of HVAC & Refrigerator
• Ensuring that employees are up-to-date regarding the latest techniques and procedures
• Handling team roaster
