Educational Qualification : B.Tech./ BE (Mechatronics) Diploma (Mechatronics)
Work Experience: ( BE/ B tech/Diploma, min 12yr)
Job Responsibilities: Quick in attending, analyzing and troubleshooting equipment breakdown/ abnormality, planning and execution of countermeasures and recordkeeping of breakdown, analysis and countermeasure in standard formats.
Ensuring Safety, Regulatory and Maruti standards based guidelines are followed while executing routine activities.
Creating, Adhering and Executing Maintenance Schedules and Checklists.
Planning shift schedule and weekly offs of shift team members to ensure optimum manpower availability on both production and non-production days.
Planning and execution of daily shift activities, assigning work to available manpower and timely follow-up and level raising in case of non-adherence.
Planning and execution of Sunday/ Holiday works while adherence to avaialble systems WPC/ Pre-KY/ KY.
Communicating management guidelines, rules, policies, expectations down the line and sharing/ reporting concerns/ feedbacks of the team (manpower, material, training needs, IR issues) timely.
Motivating and Training his/her shift team for continual improvement. Competencies / Skills •Technical Competencies: •
1. Understanding of production processes, equipment/machinery schematics/ workflows
2. Understanding of maintenance schedules, procedures, standards, preventive, predictive, breakdown and corrective modes of working
3. Knowledge of Instrumentation, Calibration, Tools, Measurements, Power systems, Electronic hardware basics
4. Understanding of BOM, MTTR, MTBF, FMEA, Why why analysis, QC tools, Project management, Design aspects, Data analytics and visualization
5. Understanding of maintenance work impact on process and product Quality
6. Understanding of Energy saving, CO2 reduction, Cost reduction concepts
• Special Technical Competencies: •
1. Advanced Mitsubishi PLC programming knowledge (Data instructions, Indexing, buffer processing, looping instructions)
2. Familiarity with Mitsubishi PLC networking and communication protocols (Ethernet modules, cc link, QD cards, AD cards, FR/ MR configurator)
3. Expertise in Data exchange and integration with other systems (SCADA, HMI) and control algorithm development, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
4. Ample working and troubleshooting experience on Mitsubishi Servo/ VFD/ Positioning modules
5. Working and Troubleshooting Experience with Pneumatic, Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic systems and Machines that are a combination of one or more of these systems
7. Experience in drawing (Pneumatic, Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic) reading and troubleshooting based on drawing/ manuals
8. Proficiency in automation (sensors, hardwire interlockings, robotics and communication systems), i/o configuration and i/o optimization.
9. Knowledge of vision based systems (Proficience in keyence, Omron etc)
10. Experience in AI related tools usage for Analytical tool & decision making
11. Knowledge of Power BI ( Dashboard making & maintaining )
12. Proficiency in use of DBMS related operation on networking
