Roles & Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and fixtures. Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, and fixtures. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Perform regular maintenance checks and provide timely interventions to prevent breakdowns. Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to plan installations and repairs. Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete tasks efficiently. Provide excellent customer service and address clients' issues promptly. Document work performed and maintain service records.
