Job Description

?Oversee maintenance and servicing of Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCVs) such as trucks, transit mixers, concrete pump, Loader and JCB.
?Ensure preventive maintenance planning, periodic servicing, and breakdown analysis to minimize equipment downtime.
?Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure uninterrupted plant and fleet operations.
?Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for vehicle repairs, maintenance contracts, and spare part sourcing.
?Monitor and enforce compliance with RTO regulations, transport policies, and environmental safety norms.
?Handle insurance renewals, claims, and risk assessment for fleet operations, ensuring minimal liability and cost optimization.
?Conduct routine inspections and implement corrective measures for improved efficiency and longevity of machinery.
?Supervise the maintenance team and provide necessary training to enhance their technical skills.
?Maintain accurate maintenance records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
