:Job Summary:Responsible for Plant Utility Equipments, SF6,Transformer room, GOD structure & related HT, LT equipments,AMC Mgmt, Energy Mgmt, Preventive, Predictive, Specialized maintenance, Repairing, Utility projects, installation and commissioning, HSE standards implementation, Shopfloor utilities, MHE area works, MSEDCL related worksRoles and Responsibilities: End to End AMC management for all 10 vendors (DG,Compressors,Air dryers,MHE area, annual activities of transformer ACB,VCB , Wrapping m/c, UPS, Kardex management etc) and invoice bookings.
Vendor selection basis technical competency
Quote review, negotiation, SOW scope discussion
PR and PO follow up
vendor Visit schedule preparation
Service pre permits approvals, on site vendor supervision
Managing cost within budget, payment follow ups
Spares creation and stock manasgment for non comprehensive AMCs
22 KV cable change project execution
Solar Opex 462Kwp PPA draft Agreement , Execution , supervison, supplier follow ups,
VFD project for 1000cfm compressors
GOD structure and transformer activities
GRC Audit coordination, participation in Audit
Implement all energy saving initiatives, track and follow up the actions.
Timley Submit summary implementation report timely
IR audit and open action timely closure
Monitor enery consumption of various sources in plant machineries
Energy metrics update MOS weekly/monthly
Laise with inspector of factories
Work to meet electrical standards and compliance with the local MSEB Electrical authority
Air compressor energy saving initiatives
Execute zero leak arrest plan
prepare and install SOW to all utility equipments, create procedures
Plan utility resource, cable, pneumatic lines, and energy source for new installations
Machine loading, unloading , moving to location
Vendor follow up, supervision, payement follow ups.
Upkeep new machines as per standard installation procedure and with all HSE requirements .
Responsible for implementation of all applicable HSE standards in utility and plant.
All incidents RCA & outcome actions closure
All HSE issues related to Shopfloor & utility
Support in Safety projects- UPS relocation,
All ISO and Customer audits, actions for closure of NC's
Open safety points closure: Shopfloor,utility, FG, MHE
Utility battery repalcement as per life expectency, plan procure, install
Disposal of utility scrap, used batteries
Work closely with GEM leader, implement all applicable standards in maintenance
Follow up and collect evidences and keep in folder
HSE Audits participation and its open action implementation
GRC audit participation and open action implementation
Energy Audit participation and open action implementation
IS015000 Auidit participation
TPM audits internal
TS audits participation and open action closure
Customer audits and open action closure
Inspector of factories visit coordination and open action closureSkills and Knowledge Required:Experience in Maintenance of Utility equipments e.g. DG, compressors, Air washers, Air dryers, Transformer,GOD,SF6 and Troubleshooting knowledge of UPS Systems, HT, LT equipments, energy conservation, Garrett Safety norms, Arc flash assessment , LOTO, confined space, ladders, chemical safety elements with Garrett industry standards like Kaizen, Poka yokes, 5S, TPM implementationExperience and Education Required:Qualification : ITI/Diploma Electrical license holderExperience : 4-5 years of experienceAbout Us:This is an exciting time to join Garrett Motion!
