• Take care of CNC, VMC, and HMC FANUC, SIEMENS & HASS Controlled machines, conventional machines and Assembly facilities.
• Follow maintenance Breakdown, Preventive and Predictive procedures and ensure implementation.
• Carry out inspections of the complete facilities to identify and resolve issues.
• Check utilities of the plant - electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)
• Monitor and control critical spares, equipment inventory and place orders when necessary or as per plan.
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure un-interrupted production run.
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities to the top management.
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.
• Active participation in ISO activities.

Required Candidate profile

• Proven experience as maintenance manager or other managerial role
• Experience in planning maintenance operations
• Solid understanding of technical aspects CNC, VMC, and HMC
• Working knowledge of facilities management Water, Air, Electricity.
• Ability to keep track of and report on daily activity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering -15 years' experience or Degree in Electrical Engineering - 10 years' Experience.
