Job Location: ThaneJob Brief:Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our bus fleet. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance management of bus transport projects, with a strong background in mechanical engineering, project management, and team leadership.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and schedules
- Manage and supervise maintenance team, including technicians and mechanics
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Monitor and control maintenance costs, including budgeting and expense tracking
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality maintenance work
- Collaborate with operations team to minimize downtime and ensure timely deployment of buses
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
