Ready to challenge your strong leadership in an innovative environment ?Our mission?As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities. This position is responsible for maintenance activities at plant and will report to Plant Maintenance Head.Your experience and talents will make the difference to:Key Accountabilities:Planning Preventive/Predictive Maintenance:Develop and maintain a comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance plan for the department.Create work schedules to optimize equipment uptime and minimize disruptions.Inventory Management:Identify critical equipment and determine the necessary spare parts and inventory.Maintain an organized list of spares for efficient procurement and replacement.Supervision and Communication:Attend daily review meetings with supervisors to discuss maintenance progress and address any issues.Collaborate with contractors and vendors to plan and execute job work effectively.Standardization and Quality Improvement:Recommend standardization of inventory items to streamline procurement processes.Evaluate machine performance and recommend necessary actions for improvement.Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement:Identify critical machines and establish monitoring plans to ensure 100% effectiveness.Brainstorm with colleagues to identify reasons for repetitive failures and propose improvements.Safety and Compliance:Ensure maintenance tasks adhere to the work permit system.Communicate any process line changes to the food safety team leader.Coordinate safety checks and tests for appliances used during maintenance work.Quality Assurance:Initiate maintenance actions promptly to address quality problems related to equipment.Modify equipment as needed to meet internal customer requirements without compromising product quality.Procurement and Approvals:Recommend procurement of necessary spares and consumables.Authorized to draw materials from stores.Approve incoming spares and consumable itemResponsible for approving work permits.What we will love about you:Strong Leadership skills to influence others * Demonstrated ability to obtain results through others
