Job Description
Qualification:
BE - Civil/ Mechanical / Electrical
Experience -
Minimum 3-5 Years should be as a Manager in Engineering & Maintenance Department in a healthcare.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage Security, Housekeeping, Horticulture, CCTV surveillance, Cafeteria, Waste Segregation, minor repairs & maintenance, SLAs, F&B, Disaster management, safety drills & regulations, various hospital codes, STP, HVAC, Water tank AMCs & water supply, Medical Gases - manifold, Generators, etc.
• Conduct in-service training and implements safety regulations and programs with all Contractors staff.
• Work closely with Engineering & Management team, Center Infection control team for Prevention Protection
• Conduct periodic facilities audit
• Coordinate, oversee and/or manage repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors, building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work.
• Maintain accurate records according to NABH protocols
• Other responsibilities as and when given by the center Management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
