About the Company: Since beginning its operations in 1964, Sporting Syndicate are the Largest Manufacturer and Exporters in India and operate in many Sports including Football, Cricket, Rugby, Basketball, Athletic-Gear etc. About the role: We are looking for an individual to lead our Maintenance team and improve its functioning. The tasks would include:
- Planning every-day tasks of the team
- Maintaining data related to Preventive Maintenance, CLIT, Machine breakdowns, etc.
- Training and Educating operators about the importance of Preventive Maintenance
- Guiding the team on Mechanical and Electrical related jobs
- Co-ordinating with Production Managers in regards to Maintenance jobs
- Previous experience in leading a team is required
- Have vast knowledge about the importance of Preventive Maintenance, CLIT, data recording of machines, etc.
- Vast experience in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering is required
- Paid sick time

- Engineering: 7 years (Required)
