Manufacturing IndustryProfile - Maintenance ManagerQualification - B.Tech / Diploma - mech.Salary - Upto 7.2 lacExperience - Min. 10 + yrs. in same field (Must have experience in high pressure rhino foundry maintenance )Location - Hoshiarpur, PunjabDevelop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules for high-pressure casting machines, hydraulic systems, robotics, and ancillary equipment used in the foundry.Establish preventive maintenance programs to ensure the continuous operation and reliability of high-pressure casting equipment. Schedule routine inspections, lubrication, and component replacements to prevent unplanned downtime.Lead troubleshooting efforts to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues affecting high-pressure casting machines. Coordinate with maintenance technicians and engineers to execute repairs promptly.Manage inventory levels of critical spare parts and consumables required for maintenance activities. Ensure availability of spare parts to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.Ensure maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
