Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems such as HVAC, water heaters, and pumps. Ensure all hotel equipment and fixtures are in proper working condition. Maintain records of work completed and materials used. Assist in regular inspections to identify and address potential issues. Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for specialized repairs when needed. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Provide support during emergency situations like power failures or water leaks. Report major issues or breakdowns to the Maintenance Supervisor or Hotel Manager.
