Job Description
looking for 5yr+ Experience in taxtile industry
• Maintaining and repairing : Keeping machines, equipment, and buildings in good working order
• Performing preventive maintenance : Regularly checking and servicing equipment to prevent issues
• Diagnosing problems : Identifying issues and figuring out how to fix them
• Installing equipment and appliances : Following local and state building codes
• Responding to maintenance requests : Addressing tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues
• Maintaining safety systems : Ensuring the fire, carbon monoxide, smoke, and other safety systems are working properly
• Coordinating with contractors : Working with external contractors to address mechanical requirements
Maintenance workers may also perform carpentry work, such as framing, trim work, installing windows, and roof repairs.
