Description & Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall plant and equipments health and maintenance (breakdown / preventive)
• Should have thorough knowledge on the electrical systems (single / three phase, star-delta connection, contactor-relay-starter system in panels, Motor sizing, Power saving methods etc) in industries - DO's and DONT's
• Should have basic understanding of the mechanical systems in the industry. Knowledge of chemical pumps, water pumps, high pressure pumps, rotary equipments, pressure vessels etc is an added advantage
• Responsible for maintenance of all electrical panels and suggesting for any improvements
• Responsible for the operation and cleaning of water utilities - Cooling tower, chiller, R.O, Softener, ETP, Underground raw water, Overhead water tanks
• Responsible to ensure timely dosage of chemicals in all water utilities to maintain the required parameters and updating system required documents
• Responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of boiler, fuel consumption (coal/agrowaste), steam generation and steam consumption
• Responsible to check and verify the health of the transformer, panels, earthing system and diesel generator installed in the facility
• Responsible for re-installation of any instrument / machinery post repair / service
• Should have knowledge on the installation of new machinery, electrical works related to the installation, cable sizing and effective routing
• Troubleshooting of the possible reasons that caused the breakdown in the machinery

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
