Facility to Manufacture & Pack Chips and extruded Snacks. Job Title: Maintenance Incharge Location: Mokhampura (Bagru) Jaipur, Rajasthan Qualification: B. Tech /B.E./Diploma (Mechanical/Instrumentation & Control) qualified with at least minimum 5 years of experience in a food processing industry (Snacks & Namkeen). Shift timing: 12 Hrs. Job responsibilities:- 1. Evaluate the challenges faced by the maintenance and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities. 2. Should have thorough knowledge of almost all machinery used for food processes, along with should be able to find the root cause of machine failures, analyze it & suggest the management with appropriate solutions. 3. Install, align, take apart and move industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, tanks, conveyors, furnaces, generators, Packaging unit according to layout plans using hand and power tools. 4. Conduct diagnostic checks, troubleshooting, and repair for all equipment, plant wide (mechanical, electrical, VFD and PLC). 5. Should able to lead team of Utility & mechanical for operations & maintenance of Utilities like HVAC system, Water Plant , Boiler, Air Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers, etc. 6. Execute preventative maintenance program as per schedule on all equipment, building and machinery. 7. Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery as required. 8. Should ensure all Engg., legal compliance/ statutory requirement as per defined frequency. 9. Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and perform maintenance on various equipment 10. Good knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations 11. Positive attitude and ability to problem solve and multi-task 12. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 13.
