Leading investigations for identifying the root cause of any failure pertaining to engineering area Leading engineering department audits from statutory and regulatory agencies Ensure all time compliance of audits which include upkeep of facility, Water System, HVAC systems, plant maintenance and documentation systems related to engineering. Execution for installation and commissioning of new equipment with related documentation like DQ,IQ,OQ and PQ Ensure incidents, CAPA etc are properly written,reviwed and closed on time Review and approve change controls Inventory management such that downtime is minimum Implement all safety and environment related initiatives Preparation of MIS To lead and motivate the team of engineers and shop floor persons Perform self audit in department ,follow up and ensure compliance Technical evaluation of new equipment for procurement Motivating the team for optimum performance and arranging the required. Implementation of cost saving techniques and improved safety procedures. Shutdown jobs planning, scheduling, execution, controlling, analyzing failures and reporting. Training programmes for skill development Adherence to SOPs,safety,cGMPand EHS requirements Vendor evaluation for equipment,acessories,service such as calibration and validation services Equipment master list, PM and calibration planners are ensured and adhered by team Service contracts for equipments are planned and executed Attending department meeting and solving departmental current working problems, planning for future work. Implementation of points given in the Management Meeting. Review of bills related to fabrication and insulation. Handling of brown field projects. Preparation of Engg Budget. Control on Manpower by Checking Work Load, Preparation & Control on Leave Plan. Planning of KRA for department people and Performance Appraisal Faced FDA and EDQM,EPQP
