Job Description
Position:Maintenance Fitter
Location:Umbergoan near by vapi
Experience:3 - 5 YEARS
Industries:Plastic
Responsibilities:
- To manage day to day maintenance of the plant.
- Fault finding of all mechanically performed Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of all utility & process equipment\xe2\x80\x99s to be carried out & recoded as per check list.
- Co-ordination with other departments
- Recording of all data in plant log book.
- Knowledge of measuring instrument like Verner Caliper, Micrometer and height gauge, filler Gauge, Dial Gauge etc.
- Knowledge of Maintenance Alignment of precision equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
- Knowledge of maintenance of Process plant Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s like Reactors, Heat Exchanges, Pumps, Gear Box, Vacuum pumps, Dryers, Centrifuges, Pelletizers, Mechanical Seal etc.
- Knowledge of maintenance of Utilities like Boiler, Cooling Tower, Air Compressor, Chillers, Nitrogen Plant, Root Blowers etc.
Salary :- Upto 2.64 LPA
