: Maintenance Executive

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Executive is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities within the food factory. This role ensures that all production equipment is operating efficiently and safely to meet production goals. The Maintenance Executive will coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, manage repairs, and ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preventive Maintenance:
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Schedule regular inspections and maintenance tasks for all machinery and equipment.
2. Equipment Repairs:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with production equipment.
- Coordinate and perform repairs in a timely manner to minimize production interruptions.
3. Facility Maintenance:
- Oversee maintenance of the physical plant, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ensure the factory environment meets safety and sanitation standards.
4. Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct safety audits and inspections, and address any identified issues.
5. Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of parts and materials.
6. Team Management:
- Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required.
- Schedule and assign work to maintenance personnel.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and development opportunities.
7. Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment histories, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Generate reports on maintenance performance and equipment reliability.
8. Budget Management:
- Assist in the preparation and management of the maintenance budget.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising safety and quality.
9. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
