The Maintenance Executive is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of electrical, building, and plumbing systems within the hospital. This role ensures that all facilities operate efficiently and safely, providing a conducive environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:Electrical Maintenance:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in hospital facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Coordinate with external vendors for major electrical repairs and installations.

Building Maintenance:

• Oversee the general maintenance and repair of hospital buildings, including structural and cosmetic work.
• Manage the upkeep of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and comfort.
• Conduct regular inspections of building facilities and report any issues to management.
• Implement and monitor a preventive maintenance schedule for all building systems.

Plumbing Maintenance:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems, including water supply and drainage.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with plumbing contractors for major repairs or installations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
