Position: Maintenance Engineer Experience: 10+ Years Salary: Upto 8 L PA Location: Raichur, Karnataka Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure awareness of the quality system among all the personnel in the maintenance department. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure and report the achievement of the process objectives of the maintenance department to the management. \xef\x82\xb7 Performing the qualification of the process equipment. \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor the performance of the utilities and initiate actions whenever required. \xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of preventive maintenance plans and ensuring timely implementation of preventive maintenance schedule. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure adequate resources for preventive maintenance of all the process equipment. \xef\x82\xb7 Review the breakdown of the machines and ensure that the same is used as a tool for preventive maintenance. \xef\x82\xb7 To maintain required spare parts for break down and preventive maintenance of process equipment and utilities. \xef\x82\xb7 To arrange for testing of boilers and other pressure vessels as per the statutory norms. \xef\x82\xb7 To ensure proper safety measures and arrange the required safety gear while handling electrical equipment and other equipment involving hazard. \xef\x82\xb7 To coordinate with service engineers of the equipment suppliers as required. \xef\x82\xb7 To ensure adequate maintenance and sanitization of the Water plant. Authorities: \xef\x82\xb7 To provide line clearance to production operations after preventive maintenance and break down maintenance of the equipment. \xef\x82\xb7 Reporting to GM Plant Head.
