Company DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Engineering and Maintenance Department.
2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns promptly and efficiently within the standard timings
4. Ensure proper inspection of the spares
5. Monitor cGMP, GDP, ISO, Internal Audits
6. Ensure timely and efficient resolution of equipment breakdowns and maintenance issues.
7. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes
8. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce equipment failure rates
9. Manage and supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and operators.
10. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operations of the plant.
11. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report on key metrics such as mean time between failures (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR).
12. Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in compliance with regulatory standards.
13. Participate in regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring timely responses to observations and findings.
14. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Engineering and Maintenance Department.
15. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and developments in equipment and facility maintenance.
16. Maintain accurate documentation
17. Ensuring the proper repairing aspects of equipment\xe2\x80\x99s and certifying them.Qualifications:
1. Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or any other Engineering degree.
2. At least 15 years of experience in engineering and maintenance in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Strong knowledge of cGMP and other regulatory standards for equipment and facility maintenance in the pharmaceutical industry.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Experience in managing a team of engineers and technicians.
7. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
