Job Description

Maintenance Engineer required for a 28 years old WHO \xe2\x80\x93 GMP approved pharmaceutical manufacturing plant based at Taluka Detroj - Kadi. Complete knowledge of all the machineries and utilities of Pharmaceutical Tablet manufacturing unit. (Mass mixer, FBD, Tray dryer, Rotary machine, Blister pack machine, Strip pack machine, ALU-ALU Machine, Manual coating pan, RO-ETP Plant handling, AHU Handling, Air compressor etc) To train the all technician of engineering department. To take reporting from the team at the end of day To prepare schedule of Preventive Maintenance. To guide the technician for break down. To approve the issuance/retrieval of all assets/accessories of engineering department. To perform the calibration and validation of all equipments . To review the SOP of maintenance department. Complete documentation knowledge of Pharmaceutical Tablet unit. To generate the requirement of instruments/spares/assets and forward it to senior. To run the engineering and maintenance department as per WHO GMP compliance (Good engineering practice). Candidates with 5 years plus experience in pharma machine maintenance especially tablets / capsules should apply. Candidates should be from nearby areas of Kadi or willing to travel to the plant location either by company bus or own-vehicle / public transport. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 925,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Benefits:
