Company is 26 years old & having employee strength of 35 & annual turnover of 100 Crs.Position - Maintenance EngineerExperience - 4 yearsQualification - Mechanical EngineeringSalary Budget - up to 5 Lacs based on experience of candidateLocation - Vatva GIDC, AhmadabadMaintenance Engineer Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual preventive maintenance plan.
- Daily check the production log book for break downs/communication update.
- Attend breakdown calls immediately as communicated by production team.
- Maintain all maintenance related records.
- Carry out breakdown analysis and decide corrective actions to minimize it.
- Co-ordinate with external agencies for AMCs, Service calls, Testing, etc.
- Update the machine spares inventory.
- Receive and check the spares as per ordered spare list.
- Support production/ maintenance team during heavy job / machine setups
- (projects).
- Inventory checking.
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
- 4+ years Maintenance Engineer experience.
- Proven work experience as a maintenance engineer.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
- Ability to work with heavy equipment.
