Job Summary:

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. Ensure smooth operation, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical:

1. Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, circuits, and systems.

2. Troubleshoot electrical issues, identify faults, and perform repairs.

3. Conduct regular electrical inspections and maintenance.

4. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.

Machine Maintenance:

1. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment (e.g., lubrication, cleaning).

2. Conduct predictive maintenance using techniques like vibration analysis.

3. Troubleshoot mechanical issues, diagnose problems, and repair/replace parts.

4. Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, diagrams, and manuals.

2. Assist in commissioning new equipment and machinery.

3. Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials.

4. Provide training to junior staff on electrical and mechanical procedures.

5. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

6. Prepare and submit maintenance reports.

Education:

- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.

- Additional certification in Machine Maintenance or related field (desirable).

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and systems.

- Familiarity with mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
