Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all electrical systems and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and emergency electrical maintenance, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical System Maintenance : Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, equipment, and machinery, including motors, control systems, and electrical panels.
• Troubleshooting & Repair : Diagnose electrical faults and malfunctions in machinery, equipment, and circuits. Troubleshoot wiring issues, switches, fuses, transformers, and other electrical components.
• Installation & Upgrades : Assist in the installation, modification, and upgrades of electrical systems and equipment as needed. Ensure installations are compliant with local codes and safety regulations.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with relevant electrical codes, company policies, and government regulations.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, inspections, and part replacements. Document electrical issues and corrective actions taken.
• Emergency Response : Provide support during electrical outages and emergencies, ensuring timely repairs and restoring systems to full functionality.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other maintenance team members, production personnel, and management to ensure minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
• Inventory Management : Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of electrical parts, tools, and materials for routine maintenance and repairs.
• Training & Development : Stay current with new electrical technologies, standards, and regulations. Participate in training sessions and certifications as required.

Qualifications:

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; Technical certification or Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of [X] years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Skills :
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems, PLCs, and automation equipment.
• Ability to work with high-voltage systems and safely use electrical testing equipment.
• Certifications : Valid electrical certification (e.g., Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician, or equivalent) preferred.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy equipment. Must be able to work in confined spaces and at heights as required.

Work Conditions:

• This role may require occasional overtime, weekend work, and on-call availability for emergency repairs.
• Must follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while working.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?9,793.87 - ?14,000.00 per month
