This role involves overseeing maintenance activities, coordinating repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure the safety and functionality of the company's assets.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering and maintenance practices.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for all company facilities and infrastructure.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all maintenance operations.
