Experience: Min 2 - 5 Years of relevant experience in maintenance coordinator or related field
Salary: 20K - 25K

Responsibilities:
Attend tents calls and record maintenance requirements.
• Scheduling and coordinating maintenance tasks and work orders
• Managing maintenance personnel, contractors, and vendors
• Schedule & Coordinate site inspections and identifying maintenance needs
• Developing and implementing maintenance plans and procedures
