JD of Maintenance Manager:

We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company's facilities. You will be the one to ensure that your colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget.

The goal is to ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company's business operations.

Responsibilities :

1. Should have experience in 11/.415 Kv Substation or higher

2. Should have exposure on HT & LT Breakers

3. Should have experience in transformer maintenance

4. Should have experience in DG maintenance

5. Should have experience in Cabling and wirings

6. Capable to troubleshoot of VFD

7. Should have worked with firefighting equipment and its maintenance

8. Capable for understanding and making of control circuit diagrams

9. Capable to understand and making of various layouts

10. Knowledge of Compressor maintenance, Water treatment plant, Gas bank will be preferable

11. AC, HVAC maintenance knowledge will give an extra boost to the profile

12. Should be capable of other facility management related work supervision & execution i.e. Plumbing Job, Civil Job, Carpentry Job etc.

13. Independent planning cum execution ability for new department & machinery erection

14. Knowledge of Electronics spares i.e. PCB, Solenoid valves, relays, IC, IGBT etc. can give another advantages
