Job Description
As a Factory Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of our machinery and equipment. You'll work closely with the production team to minimize downtime, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. This role is essential for keeping our factory's operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Perform installations, upgrades, and modifications on factory equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance and minimize downtime.
• Ensure all safety guidelines are followed during maintenance work.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
