• Analyse and develop code as per specifications.
• Deploy codes in lower environments and Production clusters.
• Prepare unit test plans and conduct unit testing.
• Review of design/code/Unit test results and provide inputs.
• Troubleshoot issues and bug fixing.
• Support production deployment and post development implementation activities.
• Adopt monitoring and alerting tools to make the system more resilient.
• Adopt CI CD tools to improve the release frequency and productivity.
• Participate in end-to-end impact analysis, creating low level design and able to provide estimates for changes and new development requirements and E2E testing for different projects.
• Review the deliverables and ensure the quality of the product.
• Follow quality process and quality improvement initiatives.
• Looking after controls like vulnerability remediations, BRETT ,capacity planning etc.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum Experience required is 6+ yrs
• Strong proficiency in Mainframe- JCL,Cobol,DB2 and VSAM.
• Good to have CICS knowledge and able to analyze program .
• Should be good with Mainframe, JCL, File transfer, OPC scheduler and Connect Direct
• Able to write complex query and optimize existing DB2 query.
• Should have Selcopy, Rex knowledge and able to automate manual processes.
• Knowledge of Dev-ops Tools - Jira, confluence, SonarQube, Jenkins etc.
• Should be able to analyze and quick resolve problems.
• Must have Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good to have ETL DataStage knowledge.
• Good to have Focus, Unix and Python knowledge .
• Good to have CRM Banking domain knowledge.
• Good to have knowledge on cloud computing technologies, e.g. GCP/AWS is an added advantage.
