• Overall 8+ years of experience with strong hands-on work on various skills in mainframes like COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, IBM MQ, tools like Connect Direct, IBM file manager, IBM Performance Analyser etc.
• Good coding skills on COBOL based language along with good work exposure on CICS based programming using MQ (preferable).
• Preferrable to have existing work experience/knowledge on US-CoreBanking systems which helps in quick transition and minimal turnaround time to support the projects.
• Strong knowledge and work done on tools like IBM personal communications, IBM MQ.
• Experience of work in Agile model and multi face deployments, i.e. Experience with continuous integration, testing, and deployment concepts. Must have analytical skills to analyze the job failures and identify the fix to deploy.
• Must have flexibility with work hours as this requirement is for US based application
• Proactive, possess an outgoing personality, self-motivated and be able to work independently and under pressure.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Handson application analyst/developer to provide application solutions to the business.
• Analyze business needs and recommend viable IT solutions to meet these requirements.
• Design, develop and implement IT solutions to meet business needs, according to established standards and best practices.
• Conduct and support testing to ensure the quality of all deliverables.
• Produce documentation on system solutions to ensure their maintainability and smooth implementation.
